Since its introduction in 1990 our c14 Rescue has performed well for search and rescue, police , firefighters and other professionals who need a good rescue knife. We have changed a few things, we went to a VG10 stainless steel. The 93mm or 3.5 inch blade is fully serrated except on the blue version which has an inch of plain edge at the tip.We removed a cresent shaped portion of the spine that acts as a posistioning spot for the index finger,we also added texturing on the back of the found hole. Also features a David Boye dent for added security. Comes in black, blue or orange.
